• Once you have decided click the relevant form, complete as per your requirements.

  • Once we have received this we send it off to your accommodation preferace and once we have confirmation from them via invoice you will be invoiced.

  • You now have a tentative booking.

  • You will then be required to pay 50% of the invoice within 48hrs so we can confirm with deposit for accommodation.

  • Email your proof of payment.

  • Once deposit has cleared we will send an updated invoice.

  • Your booking is now confirmed.

  • Your pre-arrival info will be sent. Please take the time to read!

  • Launching requires a minimum number of participants or the fees thereof if in the event the min launching requirement is not met.

  • DERC reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule launches due to weather. Tours do not take place in poor sea state (rough seas and blue bottles/Portuguese man of war).

  • Please ensure enough days in the area to get all your launches in.

  • No visa request letter are issued until the first deposit has been received by DERC.

  • No refunds on missed launches, nights, meals & transfers.


  • 15% handling fee on all cancelations and refunds more than 30 days in advance. 

  • Reservations will be credited for a period of 6 months (by special arrangement).

  • Whether cancelled launches: voucher valid for 6 months OR refund less 15% handling fee.

  • DERC is not responsible for the weather, species abundance and behaviour, all of which are factors that influence your experience.

  • Please confirm your launch time/s in person at our office next to the BCI bank or with Angie +258 84 330 3859 the day prior to your tour.
