The plight of the dolphins and our oceans are many. The oceans have become swirling cesspools in places; area's that were once pristine hang outs of marine mammals have been effected by the increase in noise levels that interfere with their delicate and extraordinary communications systems. Their food is running out and contaminate with the likes of mercury and DDT which they pass onto their children.
It seems like a hopeless situation, but if we all at least do a little bit at least it's better than doing nothing at all...
PLASTIC POLLUTION
Say NO to single use plastic, this includes the likes of straws, take-way containers, shopping bags, water bottles and the likes..
SOUND POLLUTION
Dolphins have been seen to change their behaviour on an approach from a boat launching 10km away. Imagine all the noise boat and shipping traffic makes....
CHEMICAL POLLUTION

LOSS OF HABITAT
Techobanie Port Development will see the entire Reserve Destroyed. This is illogical with a port in Maputo and Richards Bay already. It is not right that government contradicts itself singing world class tourism and then the approval of a port in a marine protected area and a nature reserve.
ENTANLEMENT
100 000's of marine mammals and mega fauna die of entanglement each year.
DWINDLING FISH STOCKS
Science is predicting a total fisheries colaps by 2048!
